Generally, FRSL operates on a No Refund Policy. However, registration payment refunds are refunded in the following amounts: If registration is canceled during the early registration time period, you may receive up to a 75% refund. If registration is canceled during the regular registration time period, you may receive up to a 50% refund. If registration is canceled during the late registration time period, you may receive up to a 25% refund. If registration is canceled after registration closes, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
