Ray Hawk
Founder | Executive Director
Ray founded FRSL in 2022 with the desire to offer youth sports to lead kids to gain confidence, build character, and know Christ. Ray oversees the daily operations of FRSL.
Maggie Hawk
Affiliate Program Director
Maggie served as a volunteer beginning day one. Since then, she has served on the Board of Directors before accepting her current position in May 2026. Maggie connects organizations to FRSL and assists in implementing FRSL programs at their facilities.
Heather Lucas
Soccer Program Director
Heather has served as a volunteer with FRSL Soccer since 2023. Heather will be helping lead the Fall 2026 soccer season.
