Tia is a founding member of FRSL and has served as a member on the Board of Directors since 2022. Tia has been married to Bradley for 11 years and they have 3 children: Bennett, Finley, and Olive. Tia teaches Photography, Graphic Design, and Art at First Baptist Academy in Silsbee and also owns Tia Richards Photography. Tia loves anything creative and Jesus.

Gena has served as a member on the Board of Directors since 2023. She has been married to her husband, Briceson, for 16 years. They have two amazing children, Colt and Taylor. Gena is a SAHM and Homeschool Teacher. She enjoys fishing, hunting, reading, and soccer. She loves to love people and showing kindness is her favorite thing to do.

Marinda has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2023. She has been married to her husband, Brian, for 15 years and they have 3 children: Isaac, Lucy, and Wilson. Marinda loves sports, especially basketball and baseball/softball. She loves to coach and teach sports to kids and youth. She enjoys watching Astros baseball, hiking, and taking naps. She works with the youth at her church and loves to serve Jesus Christ in any way she can.
