Ray Hawk // Director
Ray is the Founder and Executive Director of FRSL. He has played basketball since he was a small child. Ray has also refereed with TASO and THSBOA and coached in a variety of volunteer positions. Ray has directed multiple basketball seasons with more than 240 players and 50 volunteers in total.
